Business Insurance
Protect your business phones, tablets, laptops and gadgets.We cover phones purchased new, second hand or bought outside the UK, where the device is less than three months old. You must be 18 years or over to purchase the policy. This policy gives you immediate cover. Proof of usage (evidence from your network showing your phone has been in use since the policy was purchased and up to the event giving rise to the claim) and proof of purchase will be requested if you make a claim. An Excess charge will apply.

How to claim in just 5 steps
There’s no limit to how many times you can claim for damage, but you are limited to two (2) theft/loss claims per year, per gadget.
We expect you to take reasonable precautions to keep your gadget safe from theft or damage. If you fail to do so, your claim may not be paid.

Tell us about any claim as soon as possible from discovering the loss, theft, breakdown or damage.

If you need to claim for the loss or theft of your gadget, there are additional steps you will need to take.

A claims representative will walk you through the simple claims process and tell you what information and documents you will need to provide for us to assess your claim, like your proof of ownership or police reference number.

Pay your excess and sit tight while we either repair your gadget or send you a replacement. Your excess will need to be paid before we can settle your claim.
